As a leader for CDI and responsible for enriching children’s lives, you will be managing all aspects of multiple child     development program. You will direct efforts toward achieving or maintaining accreditation; supervise staff, and provide  observation and feedback on a consistent basis; model developmentally appropriate adult/child interactions; be responsible for center enrollment, marketing, budgeting and maintaining a safe and healthy environment; you will also assist staff in the development of professional skills and be responsible for communication and compliance of company policies and procedures.  

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in ECE/CD or related field; an advance degree is preferred and a successful performance managing multiple child development centers.  Our Program Directors mentor and coach multiple Site Supervisors with a focus towards program quality, financial management, and the people and performance management perspectives.  If you have a minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, have proven abilities leading multiple sites, and have the qualifications to manage both funded and private centers, this is the leadership role for you.    Apply on- line at http://www.cdicdc.org/careers/jobfinder.php
